All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Regular items:

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packing list.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense.

Ulricadesign will not be charged additional shipping on exchanges.

 

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and with its packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Ulricadesign.

Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense, including eventual taxes or duties.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in the Ulricadesign instructions.

 

How to proceed with an exchange?

If you wish to exchange your product, send us an email to info@ulricadesign.com with your order number, what you wish to send back, and what you would like to exchange it for. Send your piece back in its original package with the delivery note and we will exchange it as soon as the package returns to us.
